When the applicants who made reservation of Owase business hotel cancel the whole reservation or part of the one, or it applies to the article 2, the cancellation penalty is charged.
If the cancellation occurs on the day before the accommodation date, 50% of the basic accommodation fee of the first date is charged.
If the cancellation occurs on the accommodation day, 100% of the basic accommodation fee of the first date is charged.
